We recently got featured in the MarketingTribune Magazine. As the article is in Dutch, we got to talk a little bit more in depth on the vision of our digital innovation studio. How innovation is embedded in our DNA and how we continue to challenge the client by asking the why-question. Clients tend to think in what channels they want to use, we like to challenge the client to think channel-free. By thinking channel-free, there is more room for innovation.
We continued talking about the importance of finding a unique voice in the digital landscape. But also how the consumer wants to connect with a brand’s story that feels real, rather than artificial.
